Zum App
We’re excited to announce a new bus tracking app for parents.
IMPORTANT: The Zum app is available this year for General Education buses only.
Special Education buses are not yet included. Beginning next school year, when Zum starts providing Special Education Transportation Services, the app will be available for those routes as well.
This app connects to Atlas, so please make sure your emergency contact information is up to date.
Parents of general education students can download the Zum Parent App

Zum App Features
- Track your child’s rides in real time
- Get alerts when the bus is arriving
- Cancel same-day rides
- View upcoming rides
- Receive notifications when your child gets on and off the bus
Getting Started with Zum
- On August 25, families will receive a text or email notification from the district with a link and instructions to register. The link will also be available here.
- Select your child’s bus stop and route for pickup and drop-off from the list of stops serving your student’s school.
- Transportation staff will assign your child to the selected bus route.
- Once routing is complete, you will receive an email confirmation with:
- Final route information (stop and times)
- Instructions on how to download and use the Zum Parent App.
*Coming in September: Students registered for transportation will receive Zum bus cards.
